2017年3月19日，正通路橋參加了中石油煤層氣公司新疆項(xiàng)目部和什托洛蓋區(qū)塊鉆前工程競爭性談判。該項(xiàng)目共有正通路橋、西部明珠等四家路橋公司參與競爭。
公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視這次競爭性談判工作。專門組織對外合作部、財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)營部、路橋公司相關(guān)人員組成競爭性談判工作小組，精確預(yù)算，提前策劃，經(jīng)過三輪艱苦報(bào)價(jià)，最終正通路橋以總分排名第一的成績贏得和什托洛蓋區(qū)塊鉆前工程的施工資格。
和什托洛蓋區(qū)塊是中石油煤層氣公司新疆項(xiàng)目部2017年在新疆計(jì)劃實(shí)施的第一個(gè)煤層氣區(qū)塊。工作量為2口探井的鉆前道路修建、井場平整及當(dāng)?shù)仃P(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)等工作。
On March 19, 2017, zhengtongqiao participated in the competitive negotiation between the xinjiang project department of CNPC CBM and the pre-drilling project of shtorogue block. The project has four road and bridge companies, including zhengtong road bridge and western pearl river, participating in the competition.
Company leaders attach great importance to the competitive negotiation. Special organization's cooperation, the finance arm, luqiao company relevant personnel working group of competitive negotiations, accurate budget, planning ahead of time, after three rounds of hard quote, eventually zhengtong luqiao with total score ranked first win and assorted tauro cover block before drilling engineering construction qualification.
The hetorogue block is the first CBM block planned to be implemented in xinjiang by the xinjiang project department of CNPC in 2017. The workload is the construction of the road before drilling for two exploratory Wells, the leveling of the well site and the coordination of local relations.
